Improving the health and well-being of individuals and families in our community.

We were able to help a 28 year old male who had finished a drug treatment program and was still feeling unwell and had thoughts of suicide. Hometown Healthcare Clinic was able to find a new diagnosis of diabetes and medicate him and show him how to check his sugar and eat a diabetic diet. This made a lasting difference in his overall health and he states he that he has something to live for now. A 74 year old female with MS that was wheelchair bound had a used wheelchair that was dilapidated with no foot pedals. The clinic was able to get patient a new wheelchair and physical therapy to help her ambulate on her own due to living alone.
